Work has been made to empower local community leaders, local associations, employees of relevant local government institutions, and local media in the targeted communities to effectively address local needs through specialized training programs within the community participation program funded by Bothorona Foundation for Training and Capacity Building, which aims to enhance livelihoods and create job opportunities among the poor in the local communities and to engage in economic activities.
